CUSTOM DESIGN PROCESS:

1. Send us a picture or drawing of your design and materials of choice. Please include measurements and sizing information. We will get back to you to discuss the details prior to creating the CAD model.

2. We will give you a free quotation.

3. Full payment is required prior to starting the process.

4. A computer aided design (CAD) will be generated for your approval. CAD design may be adjusted up to 3 times.

5. Once you approve the CAD, the creating of the piece will begin!

Please note:

1. Once you approve the CAD model and the production started, it cannot be changed.

2. No refunds on custom made pieces
